Connecting Businesses to Local Development and Opportunities

In the next 20 years, over 75 residential buildings will be constructed in the Greater Golden Mile area. To help builders and buyers shop local, and ensure that this investment benefits the community, we're building a list of Golden Mile businesses that can provide goods or services for this redevelopment. 

Inclusive Procurement is part of the Inclusive Local Economic Opportunity (ILEO) Initiative, co-convened by United Way Greater Toronto and BMO. It's one of five pilot projects aimed at boosting economic opportunities. The goal of this project is to help small and medium-sized suppliers in Scarborough’s Greater Golden Mile connect with corporate partners who need their products and services.
